RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

I. Return Period
You may apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Return requests after 30 days may not be accepted unless there is a product quality issue or other legal requirements.
II. Return Conditions
Returned goods must meet the following requirements:
The goods are unused and in brand new condition.
The goods should retain their original packaging, accessories, instructions, and any gifts (if any).
The goods are free from human-caused damage, wear, or alteration.
A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
Goods that do not meet the above conditions may be refused a return or only a partial refund may be provided.
III. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
Customized or OEM products.
Used, damaged, or altered goods.
Goods damaged due to customer reasons.
Items on clearance, special offer, or clearly marked as non-refundable.
IV. Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will notify you of the refund review result.
For orders that meet the refund conditions after review, the refund will be returned to the payment account used for your purchase. The specific arrival time may vary depending on the processing time of the bank or payment institution.
Shipping fees, customs duties, and other related fees (if applicable) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to product quality issues, wrong item shipped, or reasons attributable to us.
V. Quality Issues
If you receive goods with quality issues, shipping damage, or wrong item shipped, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the goods and provide:

After confirmation, we will provide a refund, replacement goods, or other reasonable solutions based on the actual situation.
VI. Return Shipping Costs
Except for returns due to product quality issues, wrong item shipped, or shipping damage, return shipping costs are usually borne by the customer.
We may not be able to process refunds for goods returned without authorization.

After obtaining return authorization, send the item back to the designated return address.
